How much are your balloons?

Although we have standard balloon decor styles such as arches and columns, each piece is custom to your event. To provide you with the most accurate quote, we need as much information as possible, such as:

  • Date of event

  • Event start time (To determine when we need to deliver)

  • Event location (City) or name of venue to quote delivery fee

  • Indoor or outdoor event? Both? Maybe, an impressive arch outside and centerpieces inside.

  • Theme and Color Scheme

  • Decor pieces of interest, and how many

  • Specific style of each piece. For example: You want a column. Do you want a Grecian or Classic style? Latex or foil topper?

  • Names, ages and/or messages for any personalized decor (i.e. “Happy Birthday Claire” for a Megaloon Arch)

  • Areas that you want decorated like doorways, stages, canopies, walkways, etc.

Don’t worry if you don’t have all this information right away or if you need ideas to clarify your vision for your event. We are always happy to help. How do I order an Arch?

How soon should I order?

As soon as you have a date and/or a budget in mind Contact Us to get the ball rolling. We can help you come up with ideas and let you know our availability for the day of your event, even if you’re not ready to place an order.

Is there a deposit?

We typically ask for 50% deposit, unless you’re a repeat client.

Are there order minimums?

Yes, we require a minimum order (before delivery and tax) of $300.

What if the weather turns crappy for my outdoor event?

We HIGHLY recommend even here in sunny SoCal, that you plan a back-up indoor space. We make all of our decor ahead of time, so therefore, your order is non-refundable. However, we want you to be happy with our services. We’ll work with you to reschedule your event or offer a credit for a future order.

Do you allow pickups?

We are an on-site decorating service. Therefore we only offer delivery. Fees vary by location. We are located in Rancho Santa Margarita, in South Orange County.

What are your delivery areas?

We deliver to Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties.

Will you blow up balloons that I provide?

The short answer is, Yes. But, would you bring your own shampoo to your hairdresser? Probably not. We hope not.

We use high quality balloons that we’ve used and tested over three decades. Often balloons available for sale to the public are of a lower quality, thinner, and smaller. Which means they don’t float as long or they pop easily. For this reason, we won’t guarantee them and there is no discount for using your balloons. In fact, there is a helium charge for each one used, whether they pop or not. When we use your balloons, if we run out, we don’t have back ups. Using LTA balloons we don’t charge extra for breakage or loss of helium. And, we include ribbon.

We understand sometimes organizations like to order their logo printed on latex balloons in bulk to distribute among their many locations or service areas. To help you choose the best supplier, be sure to look for 11” balloons as opposed to 9”, and order from a reputable company with many good reviews.

How long will my helium balloons float?

For indoors, we guarantee our latex balloons for 10-12 hours. If you need a balloon to float longer, we do offer a special treatment that will extend the float time. Our foil balloons will float for several days, and sometimes much longer if kept indoors under ideal conditions.

Outdoor balloons, however, are affected by various weather conditions such as heat/cold, wind or rain. For this reason, we cannot guarantee them for any specific amount of time. If this is a major concern, we recommend ordering one of our many air-filled designs such as arches, columns, trees, centerpieces or sculptures.

What do you recommend for my outdoor event?

We highly recommend anything air-filled and built on a frame such as our columns, trees, arches, frames, marquees, etc. Also, foil balloons look crisp and float longer than latex balloons if you want bouquets for outside use.

I have several pictures saved on Pinterest for my event. Can you incorporate my ideas?

Of course! It’s our specialty making everything custom to your event, and we love seeing your inspiration photos.

Keep this in mind when you’re browsing our site or others like Pinterest and Instagram: every design can be made with your theme and colors, and scaled to fit your space. It’s helpful if you can provide measurements (even estimates) and/or photos of the space you want to decorate.

How do I know what colors I need?
