How to Order a Balloon Arch

There are many things to consider when ordering an arch but it’s not as daunting a task as it first seems. We will walk you through it step by step so you can be fully prepared to inform your event stylist or place an order yourself.

What SPACE are you highlighting?

If you’re highlighting an entrance, you’ll want to frame the outside of the doorway. If you’re highlighting a stage, you’ll want the measurements from just inside the ends and estimate how tall you want it. Take into account any visual obstructions you want to avoid such as a podium, screen, or overhead light bars. Then send us your width and height measurements or the length of arch you need. Our Classic Arches are built in multiples of 5’ lengths. For example, if your measurements require a 23 ft arch you’ll need to order a 25’. Our minimum size is arch 20 ft.

Is this an INDOOR or OUTDOOR event?

The size and style we recommend may depend on where you’re planning to place it. We make air-filled arches on frames as well as helium arches that really have no size limit. When creating your order, we use this important information to determine the right equipment to have on hand for delivery, to insure the integrity of your arch. The 4 arches pictured above are all air-filled, while the 4 above them are all helium.
